Backstory

Chloe was born in the Town of Bubbles, which she refers to as the slums of the Western Country. At an early age, she was labelled as a nuisance by her entire family. As the lone wizard in a house full of successful tailors, Chloe was isolated due the fear of "warding off customers." She was trapped in a sewing room for most of her childhood. Her sisters would belittle and insult her, calling him a "skinny, ugly, lazy coward". These words in particular still strike a chord within her and make her self-conscious. But it wasn't just her sisters: Chloe was a victim of an onslaught of cruel behaviour from her entire family. They would also often threaten to kick her out of their house whenever they were upset with her, saying she should be grateful she was trapped in their sewing room where she had food and a roof over her head.This all changed when Rustica visited their tailor's shop, sensing a wizard's presence and whisking the bewildered Chloe away in a birdcage.

Personaility

Chloe is a bubbly and carefree young woman who enjoys being in the company of another. She is considerate of others' feelings and is always willing to extend a hand to those who need it. Despite how happy-go-lucky she may seem, he gets rather lonely and is sensitive to how others see her. She is rather hard on herself and gets dejected quickly. This causes Chloe to struggle with self-esteem issues; demonstrated from her embarrassed reactions towards compliments. However, Chloe is a very hard working individual and is determined to make her dream of becoming the "best tailor in the West" come true. According to Shino, Chloe may appear rather timid at first glance. However, she knows how to stand her ground and can say what is on her mind when needed. She does her best to make others happy and is shown to keep up with Murr’s antics to entertain the others. She gets easily excited and loves to share his passion with everyone.
